- To understand and practise using the 'Recognise Bank Statement' feature and save on conversion time 
- To be able to find out why errors occur in Excel and how to fix them
- To successfully upload a bank statement into Excel using the Data Loader feature

The overall aim of the Financial Analysis Toolbar is to be able to merge different bank statements and analyse the multiple bank statements as a whole. This contains the following objectives: 

- To successfully merge 5 different bank statements into a master spreadsheet in Excel 
- To learn how to set up new rule files and batch rule files in pattern manager to categorise data 
- To practice using the easy pivot table feature to analyse data visually 
- To have a basic overview of the different quick reports available and an understanding on how to produce them 
- To learn how to match transactions and save time looking for trends within the data 
- To be able to calculate historical and adjusted inflation values with one click 
- To be able to convert currency with one click 
- To be able to redact/ permanently hide personal information within an Excel spreadsheet
